Sonora

Sonora is the heart of Tuolumne County. With its red church sitting at the top of Main Street. It has dozens of local business’s for both locals and tourists. one of the oldest cities in California, was incorporated on May 1, 1851. Only ten cities have been incorporated longer. Sonora was historically referred to as the ‘Queen of the Southern Mines’.

Neighborhoods in and around the Sonora area include: Sonora Knolls, Sonora Hills, Gibbs Ranch and Apple Valley.
